Questions about early man

I have a question regarding a find similar to "Otzi" that was on display during 1977. The figure in question was a Neolithic male, frozen in solid ice, who was sent around the country for viewing by the public. I saw him at the Panama City Mall at the time. I can't seem to find any references to him on the Web and was wondering whether you know anything about this older discovery.
   Karl, Web post

Dr. dig responds:
This question really had me scratching my head! I have consulted my colleagues, and looked in lots of books and on the Web, and can find no record of any Neolithic male touring around. However, many years ago there was a fake Neanderthaler “frozen” in ice, which was put on show in fairgrounds. So I wonder if what you saw was perhaps a model, or a replica?
